Today we ate lunch with Sasha which was very good by the way. We had enchiladas, beans and rice. It was very tasty. Everytime we eat at the Day Care with Sasha it's good. We have yet to eat their Goulash but Sasha says it very good. We also went by Dimitry's room and said hello to him. Brad ended us staying for 30 more minutes while I went back to work. Since I was envading his time with the boys.

Since Dimitry has been at Day Care (July 9th, 2007) Brad has gone to lunch every Wednesday with Sasha and after their time together he either rocks or feeds Dimitry for 30 minutes. I have asked if I could join him but Brad says to pick my own day. Every Wednesday is Brad's "Boy time" No momma aloud, he says. He says I get my time with Dimitry when I feed him. I'm still breastfeeding him when I'm with him. The only time he gets milk from a bottle is at Day Care and when I have something to do away from the house and Brad is home with him. So Brad says I get enough "Dimitry time". I do get a lot of time with him since I feed him several times a day. So it is only fair to let Brad have his "Boy time"......

Tonight Sasha and I went to church and I had an AWANA meeting. I volunteer at church every Wednesday for the AWANA program for children from the age 3 years old thru the 6th grade. This is my 3rd year to volunteer. I like working with the kids. They are a joy to me. So Sasha got to go with me tonight and he got to play in the gym with about 25 kids and they all ate Pizza while we had our meeting. We were fed as well. We ate Johnny's BBQ. It was really good. Dimitry got to stay home with Brad so he can't say he didn't get his "Dimitry time" today.

Tomorrow we will have our Parent/Teacher conference with Ms. Kay and Ms. Sally. We are excited to see what his Teachers say about him. He started having "homework" this week. What his homework consists of is us reading to him for 15 minute and signing the calendar that we read to him each night. We have been reading to him every night since we came home from Russia with him. He loves to listen to us read. I can just see it in his eyes that he wants to read himself. Brad is teaching him to read a little at a time. He can spell some words like Toy, Boy, No and Yes. A few weeks ago he told him "momma, I can spell Toy". And that he did. He said he learned it from the Toy Story movie. He watched it in the 3 year old class at Day Care (school). He is going to love to read and I'm sure since he is so smart that he is going to pick it up really fast.

Also, tomorow at Sasha's class is "Show and Tell". He has to bring something that starts with the letter "A". So Brad is letting him take an "Autograph" that he and Sasha received from Paul Newman which is the voice of Doc Hudson on the movie Cars. Brad wrote him and said that he loved his movies and that Sasha loves watching the movie Cars and he really like the Doc character. So he sent him an autograph photo made out to Brad and Sasha. That is Sasha's first autograph. He is proud of it and I'm sure he will be proud to take it to school tomorrow for Show and Tell.

Well, it's 10:53 pm and all the boys in our house are alseep. So I will go for now and hopefully I will be back to blogging in the next day or so.

God be with you tomorrow... Momma Marsha
